What have we developed for Peartree?

• Over the last 5 years we have work across all aspects of Peartrees digital profile, from an internal and external perspective.
• The first area we focused on was simplifying and modernising the Peartree website, using bespoke photograph and simple navigation to raise the business profile online.  The new deign was well received by customers and staff, and raised the profile of Peartree online, attracting the right people, helping to grow the business and win new contracts.
• We integrated a training area for staff to access and complete their inductions in multiple languages.
• We created a bespoke recruitment portal which has helped Peartree to improve their staff retention significantly. cutting the application process from a number of weeks to a few days.
• The largest project, and an ongoing development work is the build of Peartrees 360 Business Management System.  The tool, sitting on a secure hosting environment, allows staff and customers to access site information, use the interactive Helpdesk, Periodical Management, Audits creation and management, Invoicing, GPS tracking and lots more.
• Further modules and functionality is being developed with Peartree to continue to improve the staff and client management of the business.
